Welcome to Airport Buses

Excellent service from the new Airport Buses this morning to Murcia from San Juan De Los Terreros for our return flight home.

Everything has been excellent from booking, confirmation, communication yesterday to keep us upto date and the journey itself this morning. Friendly, polite driver, a very comfortable,clean and fully air conditioned vehicle. All for €51.98 (2 people) compared to our usual taxi of €120/30 one way!!

A new business much needed for our coastline so please can you share and take the time to read their information and the 3 routes they cover and share with anyone you know it may be useful for.

I want to thank you for the excellent service once again when ye collected me from Murcia airport last night. I was the only passenger and ye still came and collected me. I really hope this bus service gets busier as I find it invaluable as a non driver in an area where public transport is practically non existent. Thank you again so much.

Having recently used your new bus service and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The service was reliable, well-organised, and clearly designed with the customer in mind. The car was clean and comfortable, and everything ran smoothly and on time, which made the journey stress-free. 

The driver was professional, courteous, and helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere throughout the trip. It’s clear that a lot of thought has gone into launching this service, and it really shows in the overall quality and attention to detail.

What I would personally advise is that the driver needs to have your stand out logo on to make him more visible and some advertising in the departure lounge etc to help the business grow  

I would give five stars to the shuttle bus service. I was the only one to be collected and was sent a private car. Very clean. Driver extremely courteous. I received a text message when I arrived at the airport to say he was in the arrivals hall.

I was concerned that it was taking a long time to get through immigration, but the driver assured me that he would wait for as long as it took .

For 15 euros , it was an absolute bargain. 

On my way back, I had an equally courteous driver with a minvan. Very clean and prompt. We picked up another person en route. It was nice to talk to him. He had had great experience of the shuttle as well. Thoroughly recommend.
