AAs this is not a regular service, we are not permitted to publish timetables. The buses are scheduled to arrive at least 2 hours before your departing flight. The bus will be waiting when your flight lands and will depart as soon as all pre-booked passengers are accounted for. As this is not a regular service, there is no set departure time.
QHow do I find the nearest stop?
AVisit the 'shuttle stops' page, here you will find photos of the stops, google map link to the exact point including the co-ordinates and also you can see the route plan (the actual route will modify depending on the locations of the pre-booked passengers).
QCan I book one way?
AYes you can book one way or return, at the top of the booking page select 'one way' or 'return' if you are arriving into Spain on the first journey select 'to Spain' if your first journey is departing from Spain select 'from Spain', the system will then modify according to your requirements.
QHow can I quickly see the price for my journey?
AOn the booking page, select your date, flight and pick up point, add the number of passengers and the system will immediately calculate the price. If you are using a desktop computer the summary will appear on the right with the total cost, if you are using a mobile device then the show summary box appears in the top right of the screen, click to see the price.
QI think I have booked but haven’t received confirmation, how can I check?
ABooking confirmation is instant, once the payment is processed the confirmation is sent. If you haven’t received it within 2 minutes, click send/receive or refresh on your email account. If you still haven’t received it check your junk/spam folder. In the event that the ticket is not in your junk/spam folder, send us an email, we will check the bookings and send a copy. Usually this is due to a spelling mistake on the email address.
QCan I pay on the bus?
AThe service must be pre-booked and paid in advance, we are not permitted to take payments on the bus.
QCan I hop on and off the bus along the route?
AThis is a service from the pick up point to the airport or from the airport to the drop off point. You cannot use it to get to different places as it is not a regular service. The buses only go to the pre booked locations and the route is adapted accordingly.
QWhat is the expected journey time?
AJourney times will depend on the number of passengers and more importantly the number of stops. The buses will only stop at pre-booked locations and the journey time will be as short as possible. Best case scenario the journey will take similar to a car and the worst case scenario is roughly double this time to allow for multiple stops on route to/from your destination.
QWill my pick up time change?
AIn the event we can shorten your journey time, we will contact you the day before travel and change your pick up time to a later time. If you do not receive a call/message from us the day before then you time is as shown on your ticket.
QWhat time will the bus depart the airport?
AThe bus will depart as soon as all prebooked passengers are accounted for, Your bus may be linked to another flight landing within the hour, in this case you will need to wait for the passengers on the later flight. When you book, there is a link on your ticket giving an estimated time of bus departure, this is correct at the time of booking but may change if passengers book on later scheduled flights. It will be superseded by a text message when you land which will provide an estimated departure time based on actual flight landing times. If there is a significant delay to any flight, we will arrange additional vehicles or taxis at no extra cost.
QHow do I find the bus at the airport?
AYou will receive an SMS message to the number providing both the location of the bus or driver and an estimated departure time, it is important that you have the phone listed on your booking switched on when you arrive, to receive the text message and so we can contact you if necessary.
