EES UPDATE

EES Update - We are currently receiving many calls, messages and emails from passengers worrying about the press reports scaremongering and airlines advising passengers to arrive early.

There is no need to worry, check in desks are only opening two hours before your outbound flight so there is no point arriving any earlier than normal.

For passengers arriving, we ask everyone to have a little patience, sometimes its quick and sometimes experiencing short delays, particularly families. Don´t worry, our vehicles will wait until everyone is accounted for, all we ask is that you switch on your phone and answer our calls so we know you have arrived.
