New cut off time for reservations 13.00 CET, (12 noon UK) day before travel

We have implemented the first of a host of changes to our operation as we aim to improve the efficiency of our operations and our customer experience. 

Going forward, our booking system will now shut down at 13.00 CET (12.00PM UK) each day for travel the following day. 

Although we understand that this removes some flexibility for those wishing to book last minute travel, the vast majority of our customers will benefit from shorter journey times and less late evening calls that are currently needed to accommodate these late bookings.  This change will allow us to pre-plan and organise vehicles/drivers, removing the need to change plans late in the day to accommodate late bookings. We understand that emergencies can happen and we will endeavour to assist where possible via the office/emergency number. However, customers should be aware that once set, we cannot change pick up times, so to accommodate last minute bookings, customers travelling to the airport may be expected to use a different pick up point, potentially further away, to avoid changing route times for existing passengers. Passengers flying into Spain will not be affected as we can modify the route for arrivals, however we will be restricted to the number of seat available after the cut off time.
